About Us

 

First State Manufactured Housing Association is physically located at 2 North State Street in Historical Dover, Delaware. Our offices are on the second floor of the “green tile” home located on the corner of State and Division Street. We are near the heart of our state legislators and key state agencies.

 

Staff

Lori Rigby, executive director lori@firststatemha.org

Lori took the lead of FSMHA in October 2006. She brings nearly 22 years experience of working with the Delaware State Legislature. From that career she brings an established rapport ranging from cabinet-level government officials to various county and municipal authorities, and a comprehensive understanding of the balance between government composition and operation.

 

Ms. Rigby serves our members in the areas of research, promotion, education and government relations. She works with gubernatorial boards & commissions, a task force and two special projects as Executive Director, and is enthusiastic in her mission of facilitating progress for the various segments of the manufactured & modular housing industry.

 

Ms. Rigby participates in numerous memberships including DE NAHRO, the Governor's Conference on Housing Roundtable, the Delaware Fair Housing Task Force, the Delaware Homebuilders Association, The Coalition, Positive Growth Alliance, and the Delaware ,Central Delaware and Sussex Chambers of Commerce, MHI and NeMHA. She is an ex-officio member and previous National Chair of the National Conference of State Legislatures Leadership Staff Section, and American Business & Professional Women.
